Wonderful spring growth

Over the last 10 years I have been investing in lime to take the average pH levels of my farm from 5.2 to 6.5. The reseeds using the Hermitage grass mixture have been excellent. The mixture has wonderful spring growth in all soil types and, in the dry summer of 2021, has been tolerant of drought. The results overall, with the soil improvements, of lime and reseeding with Hermitage, my stocking rate has increased from five ewes per acre to eight.
