About the mix
- Provides a cover in a short period with mustard potentially flowering in 5 weeks
- Vetch will fix nitrogen while radish and mustard will stop leaching
- Creates a large biomass
- Radish produces a large tap root to aid soil structure and mine nutrients
- Ideally suited to summer cover as not winter hardy species.
- Brassicas in the mixture so should not be grown if other brassicas are in the rotation
