It's a win win

The Fyvie mix allowed us to finish lambs off grass on our home farm for the first time in a number of years. It’s well ahead of old pastures in the spring and requires less fertiliser which saves money and also enables better growth rates in lambs. The first field of Fyvie was direct drilled into a burnt off field with shallow soil and it was a great success. Keeping costs to a minimum and more importantly keeping all the nutrients close to the surface, it’s a win win.
