Herbs

Herbs offer the potential benefit of improving soil structure, increasing growth rates, carbon sequestration, resilience to extreme weather and anthelmintic properties. Due to their groth habit and to increase longevity they should be rotationally grazed if possible. They can be sown straight but are more commonly combined with grasses and crucially legumes to provide a nitrogen source.
