About the mix
- Buckwheat is particularly vulnerable to frosts so sowing date should be at least April onwards.
- Will continue to produce throughout the summer and Autumn until the first frost will kill it off.
- Nitrogen fixation through the crimson clover and vetch while the phacelia and buckwheat will stop leaching.
- Phacelia purple flowers are particularly good at attracting beneficial insects
